NOTICE FOR THE BANBURY CROSS INDOOR BOWLS CLUB 

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026 

We are pleased to advise that the BCIBC Annual General Meeting & Presentations will take place 
on Monday 20^th April 2026 at 5:30 pm at the BCIBC, Woodgreen.

We hereby give notice for members to put forward any proposals they wish to be considered at the AGM.  
These proposals must be received by 6^th April 2026 so they can be reviewed by the committee and added to the AGM Agenda accordingly.

Nominations for the clubs administrative posts will be placed on the Club Notice Board on the 23^rd March 2026.  
We encourage our members to come forward with nominations for the posts available.

We look forward to welcoming you all to the AGM and  a successful close of the 2025/26 season.
