I started bowling 6 years ago when I was looking for some form of exercise following a cancer operation in 2016. I am a retired Mortgage Broker and in my retirement I find I am now playing bowls (indoor or outdoor) several times a week! 

I have always played sport, in particular rugby and cricket, and now enjoy the competitive element of bowls.  I have many years’ experience serving on cricket and rugby club committees (Past President of Banbury Rugby Club) so I am very familiar with the finances and day-to-day running of sports clubs.
